Netflix recently watched not updating

Anyone else experiencing this or have ideas how to get it tracking again? It was working months and months ago, but we temporarily canceled our account, and now that we have restarted it (re-opened the same old account, and our queue and stuff was intact) recently watched isn't updating/tracking at all. I was able to get it to start working by first signing out of Netflix on media center. It was like this before and netflix decided to only show the most recent 100 viewings but I think because of complaints they reverted back to allowing you to see your entire viewing history again.

My advice is you have both, watch netflix titles on Amazon if they are there, it's a better service altogether. It also seems like every 10 minutes they're updating my phone app, each new update is more horrible than the last. You still can't make it stop shrinking the ending credits on the new app even with autoplay turned off.on , on my PC given that that was the only streaming device then; I think that there were only several hundred titles to start. Perhaps there should be a limited "Recently Watched" list versus a "Viewing History"; you could remove stuff from "Recently Watched" so that it wouldn't show up on your devices."Perhaps there should be a limited "Recently Watched" list versus a "Viewing History"; you could remove stuff from "Recently Watched" so that it wouldn't show up on your devices."Netflix needs to take a look at Amazon and learn a few things, when you remove a season from 'recently watched' on the Amazon app it resets all episodes as unwatched as if they were never viewed. once you click it you are stuck with it being marked as viewed forever.I should have clarified that it is the actual Netflix website where I am seeing my entire viewing history.I realize that makes it off topic for the Roku forum, I was just curious if anyone else noticed these changes. On the netflix website it shows your entire viewing history not on the Roku app.

Netflix won't even update their old app to include a profile option at start up."Perhaps there should be a limited "Recently Watched" list versus a "Viewing History"; you could remove stuff from "Recently Watched" so that it wouldn't show up on your devices."Netflix needs to take a look at Amazon and learn a few things, when you remove a season from 'recently watched' on the Amazon app it resets all episodes as unwatched as if they were never viewed. once you click it you are stuck with it being marked as viewed forever. I have three devices for Netflix, Roku, Razr and Computer. I wish they would stop asking me who's watching, as I've grown really tired of telling them it's me, and ask me instead what new 'feature' I'd like to give back - that would be just about all of them.
